We create a range of exercise movements to music each week, great for both men and women – guaranteed to invigorate and relax the senses and you will learn deep stretches – for toning and flexibility.  Make new friends and best of all feel great afterwards.  Each week we practice proven techniques to benefit every part of your body; to assist cognitive agility, balance and heart health for your long-term well being.

The sessions will aim to maximise improvements for all participants to provide the following benefits:

All exercises are safe led by a fully qualified exercise specialist.  This is our priority – but please check with your GP if you are unsure.  Could you please complete a pre-activity readiness’ questionnaire and bring with you on your first session.
